Install type A bracket for distribution box

Bracket A is used to hang the distribution box securely, aligned with the ground, and fixed using expansion bolts and screws.

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Prepare the Wall and Tools

  • Identify a dry, well-ventilated, and accessible location for the distribution box, ideally 1.5–1.8 meters above the ground for easy operation and inspection .
  • Gather tools: spirit level, inner hexagonal wrench, rubber hammer, expansion bolts, and tapping screws . 2. Mark and Drill Holes
  • Position Bracket A on the wall at the desired height (minimum 400 mm from the ground if additional batteries or equipment will be installed above), .
  • Mark the nine mounting points for expansion bolts.
  • Drill holes at the marked points, ensuring alignment with the bracket. 3. Insert Expansion Bolts
  • Insert expansion bolts into the drilled holes.
  • Use a rubber hammer to gently tap the bolts until they are fully seated and secure . 4. Align and Level the Bracket
  • Hang Bracket A on the wall and use a spirit level to ensure it is perfectly parallel to the ground.
  • Adjust as necessary before tightening screws. 5. Secure Bracket A
  • Use tapping screws and an inner hexagonal wrench to fasten Bracket A to the expansion bolts.
  • Listen for a “bang” sound indicating the bolt is firmly fixed . 6. Connect Additional Components (if applicable)
  • If installing an inverter or battery system, connect Bracket B and Bracket C to Bracket A according to the system layout.
  • Ensure all brackets are aligned and secured together using flange nuts . 7. Final Checks
  • Verify that Bracket A is stable and does not tilt or move.
  • Confirm that the distribution box or equipment can be mounted safely without obstruction.
  • Ensure proper grounding and compliance with local electrical codes . Following these steps ensures that Bracket A is installed securely, level, and ready to support the distribution box or associated equipment, maintaining safety and compliance with installation standards.
