Proper leveling prevents sagging and ensures even load distribution . 5. Mounting the Cable Tray Place the cable tray onto the installed side brackets. Secure the tray using nuts, bolts, or tray clips as specified by the manufacturer. Ensure the tray is snug against the brackets and that there is no lateral movement . 6. Securing and Bonding Install bonding jumpers between tray sections to maintain electrical continuity and prevent static buildup. Check that all fasteners are tight and that the tray is stable under expected load conditions . 7. Cable Placement and Support Once the tray is installed, position the cables inside, using cable ties or clamps to prevent sagging. Segregate cables by type and function to reduce interference and simplify maintenance . 8. Final Checks Inspect the installation for alignment, secure fastening, and absence of damage.
